GYM & FITNESS
Our state of the art gym offers the perfect environment for your workout. Fully air conditioned with a range of Life Fitness cardiovascular equipment, resistance machines and free-weights, there is something for everyone.
DOWNSTAIRS GYM
A great area for a circuit or mixed workout, with cardio equipment, alongside a wide range of resistances machines and cables.
UPSTAIRS GYM
The upstairs gym is split into two areas, cardio and free weights. The cardio area has a range of equipment along with a mats areas.
The free weight section is well equipment, with a cable machine alongside a full range of barbells, dumbells, benches and weights racks.
STUDIO & CLASS TIMETABLE

JUNIOR GYM
We are running junior gym sessions over the summer, giving our junior members the chance to use the gym in a safe and supervised environment.
Sessions are suitable for all experience levels and will teach participants how to use both the cardio machines and weights with the correct technique.
